Belize Diving Services

Safety Commitment

Belize Diving Services is committed to safe diving practices and follows PADI and IANTD safety procedures. That starts with carefully assessing divers’ experience and recommending dives appropriate for you. Please bring your dive log with you. In addition, we want you to be relaxed and have fun, so we have done our best to rank our dive tours by difficulty and sea conditions, as follows:

Easy Easy — A comfortable dive for everyone, with calm seas and little or no current.

More Difficult More Difficult — Choppy seas make getting on and off the boat more challenging, some currents.

Most Difficult Most Difficult — Rough seas (4-6 ft) and strong currents.

Expert Expert — Minimum of 25 dives required for this tour. Rough seas, strong currents, overhead/cave situations, depths in excess of 80 ft/24M.

The owners of Belize Diving Services have extensive diving and boating experience, working in Belize and around the world in a variety of sea states and conditions. Our experience and international perspective has created a conscientious staff that adheres to international safety protocols that far exceed local regulations.
