Belize Diving Services – Diver Education

Belize Diving Services is the longest running dive shop on Caye Caulker, founded in 1978. We are known for the quality of our education.

Belize Diving Services is an SDI/TDI Five Star Dive Center, PADI Dive Resort, and IANTD Premier Facility. We offer more than 30 courses approved by these agencies.

As an SDI training shop, we encourage divers to prepare for being in the water by doing as much online learning as you feel comfortable with. SDI was the first certification agency to offer online training and continues to be at the forefront of online diver education. SDI also stands out by requiring open water students to use dive computers as opposed to the traditional dive watch and tables. Technical Diving International (TDI) offers courses to divers who wish to dive beyond the range of traditional recreational diving. Technical diving allows divers to use breathing gas other than air and redundant equipment to safely explore dive areas deeper than 130 feet or penetration in overhead environments.
